A simple digestive aid drink that you can make at home.

Simply wash and soak raw sproutable wheatberries and leave 24 hours on countertop.

Rinse and leave to sprout rinsing every 4 hours or twice dailly for 2 days.

Top with clean water and leave for a further day or 2 you should see tail sprouts and bubbles going up to the top which means it it working.  

Drink regularly as water.  It especially helps with digesting starches.
