Plant Based Full Vegan Cookery Course
Welcome! Why did I design this course? My goals are to encourage you to implement a range of skills and ingredients such as grains, nuts, seeds and other ingredients you may or may not be familiar with, to become become more competent in the kitchen, learn basic knife skills and hygiene, nutrition and ultimately to get you back into your classroom, YOUR KITCHEN! Back to homecooking so you decide what goes into your meals.
This course can be covered in your own time but within a maximum of 4 consecutive weeks.
