Raw Breakfast

Try a simple museli that can be made in bulk and stored in an aritight container.


2 cups oats

1/4 cup raisins

1/3 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup dried cranberries

4 pitted dates chopped

Vanilla, cinnamon

Options when serving:

Grate a piece of an apple for extra sweetness.

Sliced banana


Mix well and store.

Pour amount required into a bowl and soak overnight in purified water or a dairy free milk.
