Welcome to Caroline's Cookery School

Caroline is a Food and Nutrition teacher by profession, she is also a trained and certified Colon Hydrotherapist.  She received her Masters in Food and Applied Nutrition from  Glasgow Caledonian University in 2003, but owes all her credentials and passion to God.  

Caroline has a love for learning and teaching.  She believes our food and lifestyles should be about growth because the nutrition world is always developing.  She enjoys teaching vegan cooking with an emphasis on nutrition.  Though she tends to avoid the word 'raw', her interest in raw food recipes has grown over the years.  She believes in the continuous pursuit of knowledge in food and nutrition and is not into dogma when it comes to health, but believes people should make informed choices, when informed.
